Registration for the 18th International HLA & Immunogenetics Workshop Meeting must be done via the registration form on the IHIWS website. Successful submissions will be confirmed by the organisation within 15 minutes upon submission via e-mail. In case no confirmation arrives within 15 minutes, please contact the organisation directly.
During the registration procedure, the invoice needs to be paid immediately via electronic transfer or credit card payment. Payments that have not been completed or have been withdrawn are considered unpaid. In those cases, all rights associated with a registration will lapse until payment has been made.

For cancellations up to and including March 1, 2021, the amount of € 55.00 in cancellation costs will be charged.
In the event of a cancellation after March 1, 2021 or no show, the full amount will be charged.
You can appoint someone as a replacement free of charge. The organisation must be informed about this by e-mail no later than April 15, 2021.
The 18th International HLA & Immunogenetics Workshop Foundation reserves the right to cancel the event or part of it in the situation of insufficient participation or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of this cancellation in due time. Participation costs already paid to the Foundation will be refunded. If the event is canceled at the last minute, it is not possible to charge billable hours and travel costs to the 18th International HLA & Immunogenetics Workshop Foundation.
